1. THE SERVICE

THE 20 is a subscription website that publishes a systematic monthly selection of twenty companies together with explanatory, historical and methodological content. The current monthly selection is available to active members. Historical material may remain publicly accessible.

2. MEMBERSHIP

THE 20 membership costs €12 per month. The membership renews monthly until cancelled. Payment is processed through Stripe. Your access is linked to the THE 20 account used for the purchase.

You may manage payment details, invoices and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal made available from your profile.

3. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your membership at any time through the customer portal. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access to member-only content remains available until that period ends.

THE 20 does not offer voluntary refunds for unused portions of a billing period. This does not limit any mandatory refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. IMMEDIATE ACCESS AND WITHDRAWAL

When you purchase membership, you request that access to the digital membership service begins immediately after payment. Where applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost to the extent and in the circumstances provided by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

5. ACCOUNT

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not create an account for another person without permission.

You may request deletion of your account through the available account controls. Deletion does not automatically override payment, accounting, fraud-prevention or other legal retention obligations.

6. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

THE 20 website, design, text, methodology presentation and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for its intended purpose.

You may not systematically copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit THE 20 selections or website content without prior permission.

7. INVESTMENT INFORMATION

THE 20 is not a personalised investment-advisory service. The selections and related information are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or other financial instrument.

You remain responsible for your own investment decisions. Please read the Investment Disclaimer before using the service.

8. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may update, modify or discontinue parts of the website or membership where reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, technical or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the model will always produce the same type of output.

9. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, THE 20 is not responsible for investment losses, loss of profits, indirect losses or decisions made in reliance on informational content published on the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
