Cookie Policy.
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies currently used by THE 20 and how your choices are handled.
1. NECESSARY TECHNOLOGIES
THE 20 uses strictly necessary browser storage, cookies or similar technologies where needed for core functions such as authentication, maintaining a secure session, remembering privacy choices and providing member-only access.
2. OPTIONAL TRACKING
The current THE 20 website does not intentionally activate advertising or profiling cookies. No optional analytics service is intentionally enabled in the current release.
3. COOKIE PREFERENCES
The website may store your cookie preference locally so that your choice can be remembered. This preference storage is used to operate the cookie settings experience and is not itself an advertising profile.
You can reopen the available cookie settings through the COOKIE SETTINGS control in the footer.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payment, authentication, email, hosting and other third-party services may set or access their own technical identifiers when their services are used. In particular, Stripe may use technologies within its payment environment. Their own privacy and cookie notices may also apply.
5. YOUR CHOICES
Where consent is legally required for non-essential tracking, THE 20 will request consent before activating the relevant technology and will provide a way to change or withdraw that choice. Refusing optional tracking should not prevent access to functionality that does not depend on it.
6. UPDATES
This policy will be updated if the site's tracking technologies, providers or purposes change.
7. CONTACT
For questions about cookies or privacy, contact the20companies@yahoo.com.
The Italian data-protection authority distinguishes necessary technical technologies from profiling and other tracking technologies and requires appropriate information and, where applicable, consent. The actual production cookie inventory should be reviewed whenever a new third-party service or analytics tool is introduced.
